If a listing published on the Website infringes your exclusive rights to intellectual property or a means of individualisation, submit a claim through the contact form below, choosing the subject «Notice of intellectual property rights infringement»: a power of attorney and documents confirming the rights may be attached to it. Who may file a claim, what it must contain, the time limits for its review, the rights of the person who published the listing and the grounds for refusal are set out in the Regulation on the review of exclusive rights infringement claims.
